Violence & Harassment Training in Mississauga

Employers are not expected to be experts in workplace violence & harassment. However, you are expected to have and maintain a general knowledge of the level of violence or harassment within your own industry and general location, as well as having the proper policies and procedures for dealing with violence & harassment when occurring in the workplace.
